Infertility Endorsement

This endorsement extends your Livestock Mortality Policy as shown below. All other terms and conditions of your policy stay the same . If any terms and conditions of this form vary from those in your policy, this form shall apply.
Additional Coverage
If during the policy period it becomes permanently: impotent; infertile; or incapable of serving mares. This incapacity must result from an accident, illness or disease which occurs after the effective date of this endorsement .
Amount of Coverage
The amount of coverage is the amount of insurance stated on the declaration.
Additional Premium
For the additional coverage provided by this endorsement you must pay an additional premium of $ ( . 50%- INCL ) . This amount is not subject to the policy's refund provisions and will not be returned to you if you cancel the policy.

General Conditions

We must receive a satisfactory Fertility Examination Certificate before this coverage can begin.
This endorsement will not apply if the Animal dies.
If there is a dispute about a claim under this endorsement, the veterinarians involved will send their diagnosis to a College of Veterinary Medicine accredited by the A.V.M.A. Council of Education. The College will make the final decision as to the cause of the Animal's impotency , infertility or its being rendered incapable of serving mares.
If a claim we pay under this endorsement equals the AnimaI's total coverage amount under the policy, we may choose to become the Animal's owner.
If we pay a claim under this endorsement the Animal will automatically be ineligible for mortality coverage and will be removed from the policy with all premiums being fully earned.
